Who you are buying from

Mizani is sold by Eazysoft, of Nairobi, Kenya ([email protected]). These terms cover buying and renewing a licence on mizani.eazysoft.africa. The licence itself, shipped as the LICENSE file in every Mizani package, governs how you may use the software; where the two differ, the licence wins.

What you buy

A licence for one production application: one application that handles real money, with any number of development, staging, test and continuous-integration copies of it. Mizani covers one business's M-Pesa. Mizani Pro covers a platform serving many businesses, each on its own paybill or till.

You may use and modify the software in the application your licence covers, and keep every version you obtain for as long as you like. You may not redistribute, resell or publish it, use it in an application no licence covers, or share your repository credentials outside your organisation.

Updates

A licence includes every version released in the twelve months after purchase. When the twelve months end, everything you installed keeps working, and every version released inside your window still installs. Versions released afterwards need a renewal, which adds twelve months.

Nothing in Mizani checks a licence while it runs. An expired licence never stops an installation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay, in Kenya shillings for buyers in Kenya and in US dollars elsewhere where a dollar price is set. You pay by M-Pesa, through Safaricom, or by card, through Paystack. Eazysoft never sees or stores your card details. A licence is issued only once the payment is confirmed with Safaricom or Paystack.

Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we email your licence details and a sign-in link. Your account page then shows your repository username and token for installing with Composer.

All sales are final

Because the software is yours to keep from the moment it is installed, and nothing in it can be switched off, we do not offer trials or refunds. If you are unsure whether Mizani fits, book a walk-through before you buy. If a payment is taken twice or for the wrong amount, write to us and we will put it right.

Support

Your licence includes the documentation and Mizani's built-in Doctor. Further help is available as a support consultation, billed separately; we confirm the cost before booking.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as the licence sets out. To the extent the law allows, Eazysoft is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use. Reconciliation finds disagreements between your records and a provider's; it is not an accounting opinion and does not replace checking your own books.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
