Stuck? Three steps, in this order.

Most problems are answered by the documentation or named by Mizani's own Doctor. When they are not, book a consultation with the engineers who built it.

    Read the docs

    Install, the access gate, abilities, scheduling, statements, updates and Mizani Pro, with every command.

    Ask the Doctor

    Run php artisan mizani:doctor, or open the Doctor screen. It checks credentials, callback URLs, certificates and the schedule, and says what is wrong.

    Book a consultation

    Still stuck? We look at your setup with you on a call. Consultations are billed separately from the licence, and we confirm the cost before booking.

When you book

Send this, and the call starts with answers.

  • Your licence number, from your account page.
  • Your Laravel, PHP and Laravel Daraja versions.
  • The output of php artisan mizani:doctor.
  • What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and when.
  • Never send your consumer secret, passkey or repository token. We will not ask for them.
